WHEN IS MY ORDER SHIPPING

All items are subject to a processing period before they are shipped. - Most orders leave the warehouse within 3-5 business days of payment. - You will receive an email when your items have been shipped.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY INTERNATIONAL ORDER TO GET ME

International orders are shipped Standard International. Once shipped it takes 2-10 weeks. Your order moves through your country's local post network for final delivery.  Your shipment may take a little longer when going through customs, depending on your country’s policies. We do not control customs fees or policies and our shipping does not cover these fees. When you first receive your initial shipping confirmation email your label has been printed and is being prepared for shipment and it has not yet been received by the courier. Orders are not shipped out during holidays. They will be sent the following business day.

    AroMama Essentials is NOT responsible for stolen/lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or refunding/replacing packages in these cases. The customer is responsible for filing all claims.

    AroMama Essentials is not responsible for any packages once they are in the hands of the shipping provider.     

    DO YOU PROVIDE TRACKING INFORMATION

    Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information.

    My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
    For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system.


    WHY DIDN’T I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER

    In some cases, in order to continue passing savings on to our customers, some of our products ship without a tracking number. However, your orders have a 100% delivery guarantee.

    DO YOU SHIP WORLWIDE

    Yes. We provide free shipping to over 185 countries around the world. However, there are some location we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

    WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS

    We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

    WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE

    Products might be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving your products. However, we are trying our best to combine shipments whenever possible. If you have any other questions, send us an email and we will do our best to help you out.

    If you haven't received a tracking number and it has exceeded the maximum number of days after the order was processed, you may request a refund or request to have the order resent

    RETURN & REFUND POLICY

    Not in love with your new purchase? Please contact our customer service team at info@aromamaessentials.com, we’d be more than happy to help you sort your issue out and find the best solution for you!

    ORDER MODIFICATION AND CANCELLATION 

    After your order has been placed, you have 24 hours to contact our customer service at info@aromamaessentials.com and request order modifications or a cancellation. After 24 hours, your order has already been placed in production and can no longer be modified.

    DAMAGED/INCORRECT ORDER

    We are doing our best to ensure product quality and order accuracy. However, it may happen that you receive a damaged item, poor-quality or incorrect product. Thankfully it is rather unusual! But, if it is the case, we guarantee a 100% satisfaction to all of our customers by offering a free replacement order or a refund on the affected items.

    All we need is your order number and a clear photo showing either the incorrect item, the poor quality or the damaged area of the item. Please contact us at customer service and one of our helpful support staff will organize a reorder or a refund for you!

    after having ordered, contact us at customer service at info@aromamaessentials.com for a free replacement order or a full refund of your purchase. (Please note this policy excludes errors made by customers when providing incorrect shipping details on their order(s) and/or missed parcel deliveries.)
